PLACING YOUR ORDER

When you place your order on our website, we’ll send you an automatic confirmation mail to the email address you provided. In case this email would not arrive in 1-2 hours, please check in the Spam folder. If the letter is not there either, reach out via mail at  hello@thisisredy.fmfejlesztes.hu so we can check your order. Further details will also be sent to this email address. (Shipping, payment information, invoice, etc.)

We have replaced our packs to offer you discount based on the quantity of products you order. You’ll get a 5% discount when you buy 3 panties, and a 10% discount when you buy 5 of them. You can choose Redy panties without strings attached, the discount is automatically deducted on the Cart page. The offer only applies to panties, not to other products (e.g. detergent, laundry bag, T-shirts)!

You can only pay by card or with PayPal in our online store. In case you chose paying by card, you’ll be transferred to Barion’s system, where you can confirm your payment. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.

Don’t look for the invoice in the package, we’ll send it via email. The invoice is sent out when your package is shipped. If you don’t receive it up until receiving your order, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, feel free to contact us!

DELIVERY

We deliver to most countries in the world. After placing the products in the cart, you can enter your country on the Cart and Checkout pages, based on which the system will show you the possible delivery methods. This can be home delivery or pick-up points, depending on the country. Then you can also see the cost of each delivery method.
Customs clearance is required when shipping to some countries. The cost of this is borne by the customer, i.e. you.

WITHDRAWAL, CHANGE, GUARANTEE

We’d like you to know that we cannot accept underwear returns due to legislation. Despite this we decided to give you 40 days to contemplate whether you’d like to keep your redypanties or not. If you choose not to use them, contact us at hello@thisisredy.fmfejlesztes.hu and we’ll send a form and our address to which you have to send the product back. When we receive the package with the necessary form attached, we’ll refund the purchase price to your account in 14 days.

The 40-day moneyback guarantee only applies to period panties.

We cannot accept packages from countries outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Serbia, etc.).

If you feel like you have the wrong size, we’ll exchange the product for you withint 14 days after its arrival. Please contact us at hello@thisisredy.fmfejlesztes.hu. You need to send the panties back to us so we can send you a new pair. You must handle the cost of returning them to us, but we will cover the cost of shipping of the replacement panties the first time.

It’s important to know that we can only exchange unused products, that you have only tried on. Do not remove the adhesive hygiene label! We cannot exchange the product without it. The shipping cost is borne by the buyer.

LAUNDRY

Squeeze out the blood using cold water until the water is clear, then they can go in the machine! (Although there are those who wash only by hand, not by machine, that’s perfectly good too!)
As a prewash, we recommend putting them in the washing machine with a laundry tissue because the lining can lose its colour.​ It is important mainly with the bright, light coloured panties (Chic, Brazil).

Wash with other clothes or underwear, as you prefer. We recommend vinegar or Sanytol disinfectant for low temperature washing. Plus, we recommend a 60 celsius degree wash every 4-6 months.

Do not wash with clothes that have zipper or velcro, as they can easily get caught in the fabric and damage the fibers.

Leave out softener as it will clog the material and impair the absorbency! You can use essential oils instead of fabric softeners, there is no problem with those. Detergents are not on the ban list either, from which both natural and store-bought are okay.

Our detergent is made from natural ingredients and is environmentally friendly. As with our underwear, we have taken special care to use only pure, organic ingredients in our detergent, because the intimate area requires careful, gentle care.

Recommended:
– for washing period panties, even without soaking them first
– for washing simple underwear
– for washing socks and underwear
– for washing garments that come into direct contact with the skin (e.g. T-shirts, bras)

Don’t put them in a dryer, because it destroys the material, you can dry them on a radiator, so you can use them again sooner. Just place them inside-out on a heater, but be careful not to place them on a really hot surface, as the materials will be damaged by it. It is best to dry in the sun while hanging, the sun rays have a disinfectant effect and so it dries the fastest.
